I am currently a Senior Mortgage Broking Assistant to an Australian Finance Company where I honed my skills such us information gathering, building rapport , data entry, income & expense analysis, liaising directly with clients and lenders/BDMs, researching, pricing, valuations and of course professionalism in handling all aspects of the application throughout the process.
In a day to day basis, I am directly working with a mortgage broker, liaising with variety of clients and lenders with various types of loans such as purchase, refinance, constructions , commercials & the likes while also assisting with other admin works.
