I have worked as Customer Service Representative through chat providing basic trouble shooting and up selling for a Cable, Internet and Phone service provider in the US. I have also worked for a health insurance based in the US which makes me familiar of how the insurance system works. I used to be an information researcher for an Australian Construction company looking for new construction projects or update existing projects. I also have a back ground on reporting complaints for medical devices ensuring patient saftey and following the specific country's reportability guidelines and time frame. I can work independently and I am also able to work in a group. I am goal oriented. I want a job which can help me grow more as a person and let me manage my time with my family and work.
