I have 3+ years freelance experience as in-charge for social media and website management, which entails comment moderation, content uploading, and data entry, among others. I also have Shopify experience in review moderation and issuance of refunds to customers.
Moreover, I have a year experience in business and entertainment transcription - from insurance and medical calls to movies and TV series. The job also entails proofreading so I certainly have attention to detail and ----------- is a given that I know MS Office applications. I also have been a content developer for a year. I got to do 10 blog posts per day (at most) with 500 words each and publish them in websites like Wordpress and Blogspot (depending on the client). Graphic design and use of Adobe Photoshop and Canva are additional skills. Of course, I am willing to learn and keep up-to-date with new software or systems as an Information Technology graduate so you can count on me to adjust well whatever the tasks that come with the job.
