I have worked experienced that I believe suits and have same as the role that you are looking for as an individual. I currently working in a BPO industry handling international account from US, AU, CANADA and UK. We handling a car sharing platform. I have attended 2 trainings from the international account. I am done with the LOB who handle pre trip and mid trip. We assist guest that has a problem with the vehicle they booked on their trip. We communicate well with the Host which is the owner and the guest who booked the vehicle on a special occasion. We also help them to find another vehicle if they has a problem within their mid trip. We make sure that the guest is safe and their trip is good until trip end. Lastly, I am currently in a level 1 Fraud prevention team. We make sure that we keep the platforms is safe and secure from the guest and host who uses the platforms. We have many tools to use to determine the guest if they have a restriction or not safe to use the platforms. We have to avoid those guest who actually create multiple account. We make sure that those are not allowing to use the platforms. We are like an admin of the platforms. They need first to under go verification team or to us to make sure they are good to use the platforms. We prevent the security of our platforms.
