I have been working on multiple fields for the past 9 years, as a technical support representative the job was to assist the clients troubleshooting their mobile devices, as a barista creating drinks with quality and finesse as well as interacting with the customers and as a supervisor leading the team, keeping on track their progress and coaching them while maintaining a healthy work relationship with each individual.
