I have been working in the learning/back office training industry for almost 7 years. I am efficient in dealing with education related concerns such as enrollment modification, session creation, customer support, billing inquiries and reporting. I am knowledgeable in using different learning management systems such as SumTotal, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Seertech. I am also dependable, I can lead and help my colleagues with their work. At the same time I can work independently with only minimal supervision.
