As a professional, I already have a lot of career -----------om being a Customer Service Specialist(Sales, Tech Support, etc.) , Quality Analyst on a contact center and currently, as a Quality Analyst for a payroll team in PH. I have a remote job and is currently working home through my company laptop (I also have my personal system unit). I am in-charge with my team's Service Level Agreement monitoring, Audits and Checklists and constantly providing constructive feedback to them.
