Enthusiastic registered and licensed architect with 7+ years of field experience in real estate developer company and AAAA construction company. Recently assigned as Building Architect for a multi-awarded 39-storey BPO building in the center of IT business area in Cebu. Currently works as an Architect for a DOH Hospital in Region VII, planning and designing infrastructure in accordance to the DOH requirements and other applicable government mandatory laws whilst considering the cost implications and the impacts of the built environment to the natural environment and the health and well-being of the community. Thrives in fast-paced environments in which deadlines are the priority and multi-tasking is the norm.
