I have an eight-year tenure in the learning and development industry, starting my career as an online ESL teacher and working my way up to becoming a team leader and a trainer. I started my own training department in my first company and became the training manager. I then moved up to becoming a trainer in the delegation industry, facilitating training interventions for executive assistants, operations managers, and training specialists. I have led multiple projects focused on developing and designing training materials and processes that helped improve workload management and process duration for both learners and facilitators.
