Marianne Marie Budiongan was a Software Engineer at Accenture who brings a unique, user-centric perspective to her technical role. A 2022 graduate of Computer Engineering from Bohol Island State University, she began her career not in a server room, but on the front lines.
She spent nearly 1.4 years as a Customer Service Associate at Ibex Global Solutions, Inc., where she managed sensitive financial and healthcare accounts. This experience gave her direct, unfiltered insight into user pain points and the critical importance of system reliability.
In May 2023, she pivoted to engineering, joining Accenture to build the solutions she once supported. Her technical toolkit now includes Salesforce, Zuora, JIRA and other tools, complemented by hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. Currently, she is applying her dual expertise to a billing support role for a telecommunications client, and she remains driven by a strong ambition for continued learning and career development.
