I have been in an outsourcing companies. I've worked in a corporate in house BPO's and worked with different clients. The nature of my work are the following,
- customer service
- sales representative
- handling agents
- sending reports to clients, managements and higher up bosses
- creating and sending reports and analysis in a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
These tasks are just part of my job as a full time worker in this industry.
