I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, with a focus on networking and
programming, and I have worked in a variety of positions. I began my BPO career in
2006, and my more than 10 years in the industry have given me an advantage over
the other candidates, I’ve also participated in the jump up team, which updates
manuals on every line of business, I enjoy playing online games, listening to rock
music, dancing and spending time with my family and friends.
