Graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Psychology, I bring a solid foundation in people management, recruitment, and organizational processes.
My background includes end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation, as well as administrative support such as email management, project coordination, contract administration, and timekeeping. I have worked in both academic and corporate environments, managing local and outsourced staffing needs, compliance, and HR communications.
Beyond HR, I contribute to business operations by managing projects on SharePoint and OneDrive, preparing project reports, and supporting marketing initiatives through content creation, posters, and promotional materials.
