Hi! I’m Sallyrose, a dedicated and versatile professional with experience in customer service, ESL teaching, healthcare support, and remote administrative work. I have been working professionally since 2018 and have developed strong communication, multitasking, and people skills through different client-facing roles.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing fro-----------dina College (2009), which helped me build compassion, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure. After graduation, I worked as a staff nurse in a dermatology clinic where I assisted patients both in person and through online communication and scheduling support.
In the customer service field, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a law firm and a repair appliance company, handling customer inquiries, appointment coordination, problem-solving, and administrative support. I also have experience in e-commerce customer support, including assisting customers through Shopify Plus, handling chat support, order concerns, and providing excellent customer experiences.
Alongside my customer service background, I have been an experienced ESL teacher since 2018. I hold TEFL, TESOL, and TEYL certifications and have helped both kids and adult learners improve their English skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment. I enjoy creating positive connections with students and helping them build confidence in speaking English.
