I have 15 years of BPO Experience. For about a year, I used to support clients and couriers using the Zoom2u app in Australia whenever they need to book for a courier service and if the drivers has disputes on their rates.
For 9 years, I worked on an Australia based Telco as consultant supporting Retention, Accounts and Billing, even Sales and Upselling and Technical and product support. I used to work graveyard shifts supporting US based telco as a Technical Support.
