I am a goal oriented person who is ever willing to be trained and learn new things so i could contribute to the set goals of the client/company. I actively learn what my job is all about so i could perform with less supervision. I can also work with strictly following orders basis, but i can also function if given the wiggle round to exert a little bit of initiative and being proactive, if needed.
