With over 16years of working experience and spent last 6 years as a branch head at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, I have developed and demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen sense of entrepreneurship and innovation. I have successfully overseen and implemented the strategies formulated by the company to meet and exceed the targets, while coaching and supervising the subordinates and ensuring their compliance to the company policies.
As a branch head, I was accountable for the daily operation and performance of the branch, which involved managing the cash flow, inventory, security, and customer relations. I also partnered with other branches and departments to facilitate the delivery of quality products and services, and to resolve any issues or challenges. I have enabled and empowered the branch team to achieve their goals and to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
