I worked as an English teacher to Korean students for 4 years. I teach basic English skills including reading, writing and speaking. I make sure to execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content. I got promoted as a team leader after being a teacher for four years. I made sure that the tasks are being accomplished. I delegated tasks and made sure that my members were happy but productive at the same time. I also had the opportunity to train and help trainees in order to give the best service to our clients.
