I am a first-year college undergraduate following the new curriculum. I took up the Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration course. In total, I have 1 year and 8 months of work experience in the BPO industry, where I've handled telco, financial, and e-commerce accounts as a voice, chat, and email support. Moreover, a total of 1 year of my experience is in a work-from-home setting, making me adept at working with little to no supervision. I'm seeking full-time, non-seasonal employment that will allow me to stay with the organization for years. Furthermore, I have over 2 years of experience working outside of the BPO industry as a foundation's project supervisor.
