I started my BPO experience way back year 2022. I was trained in both phone and chat support. Also, I was part of the specialized department which specializes in travel care. We handle mostly irate customers. But before I work as a Scheduler/ Logistics to one of the Government Programs. My job there was to set a schedule for learners in their tutoring sessions. I myself can work under pressure also I can work anytime anywhere.
