I worked as a Customer Care Representative and Reservation Sales Specialist at Sutherland Global Services for 2 years and 3 months. I was able to handle a team for 5 months starting December of 2022 up until May 2023. Fortunately, was able to be recognized as a top team manager for the month of January 2023. Admin works were part of out workload. We comply with the tasks provided to us within a certain time and was able to exceed the required quota every month.
