I have 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including tasks related to recruitment, payroll, employee relations and general administrative.
I worked as an Overseas Filipino Worker and started my career in Human Resources. My experience has honed my interpersonal skills and taught me a lot about different perspectives in terms of individual's personality, the company's goals and objectives and knowing how to balance the employer/employee relationship/needs.
