Throughout my career, I have accumulated almost seven years of professional experience in the hospitality and BPO industries. My journey started as a bartender, cashier, and banquet server, and eventually, I transitioned to the BPO industry. In this field, I was a customer service specialist for one of the world's largest telecommunications companies. My responsibilities included attending to various customer calls, managing billing issues, providing technical support, customer retention, and doing sales pitches. Owing to my exceptional performance, I earned a promotion to serve as a mentor as one of the highest-tier account associates. My diverse experiences in the hospitality and BPO industries have equipped me with an extensive range of transferable skills adaptable to any professional environment.
