In my 5 years of experience working, I have learned a lot of skills including Customer Service Management, and Customer Satisfaction. I started working when I was in college as kitchen staff in a fast food chain for 2 years.
After graduating I started to pursue my career but it didn't turn out well. So I have d----------- to apply as a customer service representative on some BPO Companies. I started in Concentrix on a seasonal account for 5 months. While working on concentrix, I also applied for a position as Casino Dealer in Resorts World Manila and Cabin Crew in Philippine Airlines Express but due to the pandemic the application was postponed but good thing that after my seasonal account I was hired in Sykes for 1 year 11 months and now as a customer specialist in Accenture particularly in Google and handling tri-channel in Google including taking phone calls, chat support and emails.
I know that journey is still far but I am still looking to gain more knowledge and explore more on myself on what can I bring.
