I'm first year college undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I can multitask and I have experience with a work-from-home setup from my previous work experience. I'm the type of person who has determination, honesty, flexibility, confidence, a work ethic, and self-reliance. I am good at communication, critical thinking, and problem solving. Also, I worked as a customer service representative for 1 year and 8 months with three different accounts: hotel reservations, financial accounts, and the most recent one is the healthcare account, where I do inbound and outbound calls, email support, and so much more. I have skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and email management. I can also do bookings, appointments, and data entry.
