• My ability to influence my members to come in to work on time regularly as I do the same, and ability to make them understand business requirements when they need to render overtime as benefit to the company, to the team and to themselves is discussed with them.
• My passion to exceed goals also makes me push my members positively in the right direction to produce results, partnered by my ability to establish better goals and action plans for each based on their individual strengths and areas of opportunities and the team's strength and opportunity.
• My time-management skills are also essential to be an effective Team Leader/Supervisor as there could be multiple tasks that are required to be delivered with a short timeline. This goes to my ability to determine criticality/urgency and importance of the task at hand.
• Also, my ability to communicate effectively to all levels makes an integral part of becoming a successful Team Leader/Supervisor as our communication and interaction is not limited with our resource but also with our colleagues and other support team and upper management.
• Lastly, my experience of being a Workforce Analyst is a ----------- this manner, I can share with my members/colleagues the importance of business processes and teach them how to analyze issues by using root cause analysis.
