I transitioned fro-----------dical to Mortgage specialist due to financial incapabilities. As you would know nurses' salary here in philippines is not really competetive. And 1 of my reason also why I changed my carreer path is I want to focus in upskilling my skill and I really love to do analyzation oflike datas.
In mortgage we usually do is to build payment history through an automated ledger or excel spreadsheet. We just simply click and get the data of the customer, their payment schedules and finally check if they are delinquent or current on their acct. I analyze the payment and discrepancy on their account like the contractual payment vs the post petition due date after they enroll to bankeuptcy.
Then now, I recently completed the training course as an Amazon VA in doing product research and anlysis. I just really enjoyed that because as I said before I really love in doing analyzation. for example, in using KEEPA we normally use the analyzation like why the sales rank is going up and a possible reason is, the new offer or the sellers are going up giving us a strong competition in each other causing a low price that will affect the client's profit.
I am eager To this job and willing to learn new things. getting a knowledge and skills doesn't stop their even though you are skilled enough there will be the time that you need to upskill yourself.
