I am also effective in coordination with project teams, vendors, clients, other QS trades and project-in-charge personnel.
In addition, I have also experience in supervising and managing support teams, including housekeeping personnel, security staff, and maintenance workers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for about a year as I worked as General Services Manager.
I am proficient in various tools and software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Planswift, Canva, and AutoCAD, which I utilize to enhance productivity, accuracy, and presentation quality.
