I have been working in a retail industry for the past year. Over the year my communication skill has developed a lot which helped me to interface with customers, identify their needs, resolve issues, and provide quality customer service.
As a store accountant i also developed my expertise in using SAP, data entry, inventory, daily sales report, cash and card reconciliation, conduct expense reporting for petty cash fund, create and manage customer invoices and process payments. I am practical, punctual, diligent and I never compromise when it comes to my profession.
