I've worked for a known quick service restaurant in the Philippines for 7 years. I started as an assistant in the Real Estate Department of the company and worked my way up to be an officer in less than 5 years. I am very passionate in whatever I do and I always do my best to accomplish it, and not just for the sake to finish it. I am knowledgeable on real estate contracts, how to review it, comment on it, and negotiate the terms with our client. I can also communicate well both in English and Filipino. I am also used to presenting in front of people especially to our bosses. I know how to manage my time well by creating a database that I can follow so that nothing will be left out.
