I've worked as a customer service representative for 6 years now. My 6 years of experience in this industry have taught me a great deal about working with customers. I've also developed resiliency and the attitude to be always open about changes and to continue learning while working. I also mastered working under pressure and still being able to deliver a good output. I have the capacity to work hard in attaining targets and am always open to positive criticisms that will help me improve my output.
