-Review and work all unpaid and denied insurance correspondence.
- Reduce denials by correct use of modifiers and cpt codes.
- Followed up claims and filling appeals
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks to accomplish and maintain goals.
- Communicate with doctors and nurses regarding the patient's eligbility for coverage and benefits information
- Communicate with doctor's regarding the prescription for DME's.
- Assisting customer, providing updates, scheduling delivery of the equipment.
