A former Delivery Manager with extensive experience in client, operations, and people management of various HR services such as Employee Data Management, Compensation and Benefits, Contact Center, and Learning. Prior to that, I was a Subject Matter Expert and Data Administrator, hence, have gained expertise in processes primarily Employee Data Management, systems, and tools such as SAP HR, Zendesk, MS Outlook, and MS Office.
