Hi, I'm Ashley Concepcion. My most recent employment was with a BPO company. After two years, I advanced from junior customer service to senior customer service and was moved to the porting department, which handles transferring phone numbers from one carrier to our own. For a year, I also worked as a collection officer on a financial account. I've proven through my experiences that I can manage challenging circumstances, particularly when I worked as a collection officer. We had to make sure that our clients paid us, and I was consistently one of our team's top collectors. I consider myself to be a decent communicator.
