I am experienced in the design process, that includes conceptualization, making schematics and design solution, as well as preparing Detailed Architectural Drawings.
Also, I am proficient in making Detailed Engineering Drawings - that includes Structural, Electrical, Plumbing layout.
I am well versed in making Detailed Cost Estimates, Bill of Quantities, material take-off, and Program of works.
I also manage projects from bidding, pre-construction, construction phase and completion.
