I am a practicing accountant for 9 years in the Philippines. I passed the Philippines Licensure examination for Accountants. I'm well versed in all areas of accounting and have been exposed to different complex industries in business (manufacturing, hospital, school, merchandising, software company, government, etc.)
I am a competitive person. I've been a consistent honor student my entire undergrad years and have graduated Cum Laude in my accounting course. Numbers and analytics are my area of expertise. I started my career in the country's top auditing firm and have undergone extensive trainings and substantially gained thorough understanding of business processes, systems, controls, and identification of areas of potential risks, in addition to my accounting skills. After working in audit, I worked in different private institutions. I am a consistent commended employee in the workplace and have been promoted in my positions thru years.
I've experienced using various computerized accounting system in my entire career and been an expert in maneuvering and navigating thru these systems. I've worked with software developers in various parts of their systems development, providing them relevant and practical solutions to address a problem and improve efficiency in the systems. My latest job role is the Accounting and Finance Head of a Hospital where I manage and supervise the Business Office Department, review financial and managerial reports, and regularly report to the top management and board of directors.
