I am a very hardworking person and easy to get along with. I can easily learn and adapt new things in a short period of time. I handled credit card accounts which includes some collections and sales and handled almost all kinds of customers/clients which I think is an edge for me to handle difficult situations. I have been in a call center for years and I want to share my skills and knowledge to my colleagues and I want to have an amazing impact to them and to my client by having compassion and dedication to our job.
