2.Coordinates with the processors and frontliners for completion of PhilHealth requirements needed.
3. Screens and examines PhilHealth claims prior to transmittal.
4.Secures the inventory records of Philhealth member/patients.
5. Classifies the ICD 10 codes needed for certain diseases.
6. Capable in communicating patient needed.
7. Encodes certificate needed by the patient’s such as Medical Certificate, Medical/Clinical Abstract, Discharge Summary, Room Certification, Certification of Confinement.
8. Encodes also Birth Certification for newborn babies and Death Certificate for expired patient’s.
9.Making reports for newborn and expired patient’s every month end.
10.Coding ICD-10 codes for in-patient’s diagnosis.
