In every work communication skills is important to help to solve issues. You should be a good listener have respect and self confidence, this is one of my skills i have that i learned in my previous work. The second is being flexible by being open mindedness and being positive at all time. And being curious in every aspect. The third skills that i can apply is being patience so that you can understand what happening and you can interact in other people.
