I also handled customer feedback thru customer care by means of making a resolution and investigation on what is really happened and actual feedback, whether it is complaint, commendation and suggestions.
I'm a well trained Manager especially in handling my subordinates, I had a good relationship with my staff way back, that's why our branch received an excellence award. As their Manager, of course that award won't be possible without their effort to deliver excellent service as well.
