I have been selling services to clients for almost 8 years now through cold calling intended for acquisition of services. Equipped with Neuro-Science and a lot of switch gear trainings, that focuses on value proposition and creating needs based on the learnings I get when talking first-hand to the customer over the phone, it allows me to decipher their possible needs/wants/would want to have, and benefits that helps me provide the right products and services as a high level recommendation to provide to the customers future-proofing their best interest.
My journey varies and it has its highs and lows across the years, I was able to manage to close sales on a daily perspective month over month and with stellar metrics comprising of Compliance, Attendance, Voice-of the-customer survey and Sales targets.
The goal is to sell the product/service oftentimes that leads to scheduled callbacks that allows the prospect customer to ponder first and solidify the deal, but many are also closed on the same call of first resolution basis.
