I'm a Former Team Leader but before that, I started as a processor. I'm a Data Analyst who supports US-based clients in the field of Healthcare Services. Previously, I was one of the associates who processed Medical and Dental claims for US-based patients. I handled Authorization, Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Medical Coding, and Billing for Medical claims. I handled Pharmacy, Vision, and Orthodontics for Dental. Aside from this, I also have experience in B2B and Real Estate cold calling.
I am an expert in answering urgent emails, typing, communication skills and have excellent computer proficiency. I am also skilled in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. I know how to build spreadsheet formulas and create dynamic reports with pivot tables, cell formatting, and VLOOKUP.
I consider myself a quick learner, highly ambitious, very patient, self-motivated person, and I can work with no supervision.
