I am a licensed Civil Engineer with almost ten years of experience in the Philippine construction industry, specializing in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. My background also includes Construction Management and Quantity Surveying across various project types.
I currently work onsite on a day-shift schedule with a construction company, and in the evenings I serve as a Remote Estimator for a U.S.-based firm. My estimating experience covers Concrete, Asphalt, Drywall, and Metal Framing works, using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and On-Screen Takeoff.
