A seeker of knowledge wherein I have finished my Bachelor's Degree who took up Marketing Management. I have been in the working industry for 6 years, wherein, 3 years of those work experience are focused on handling customers that are interested in Hauling and Shipping Services. During that stay, being an Administrative Secretary for 3 years became a challenge for me that I needed to learn and grow on that pace as everyday was not always a cherry on top, I needed to learn how to be flexible and multi-tasker.
Another 3 years of working experience were given to the BPO Industry, wherein a lot of individuals that you can interact every day that will teach you different working values and ethics. I have handled voice and non-voice accounts that I can say that this kind of work has strengthen my knowledge to become a more productive employee that will help the company’s growth.
These job experiences made me the person who you can rely on when it comes to work values and ethics. I have face different types of personality, face to face or phone calls and all I can say is that I have handled them graciously. Apart from that, my " Can Do" attitude became my edge to other employees.
