I have worked to different jobs that is related to customer service but in food industry and had my on the job trainee as part of my degree to be completed before becoming an agent to a BPO company. I am now currently hired in a known BPO company here in the Philippines which also help me develop my knowledge how to work with clients and how in demand being in a tech savvy industry. I am a data analyst and indexer at the same time with the company for 3 years now and still improving to learn new things.
