I maybe a newbie in the bpo industry but what I have is the willingness to learn and the dedication to do what needs to be done. I have only a year of experience using uleadz and workiz crm's but I asure that i already handled it ----------- my past job as a barista i learn to accomodate client or assist someone in need of any service that i can offer with. I can proudly say that it helps me a lot.
