I used to be a customer service, tech, and sales representative for almost 7 years. I am currently a freelancer for an insurance agency. I do administrative tasks, data entry, make/send quotes, make payments, schedule meetings, do follow-ups, email management, and update mortgagee clauses that's why I am used to multi-tasking and I am a fast learner.
