I am a strong leader that fosters an environment of communication and teamwork among the other nurses and staff. I encourage others to be their best and regularly organize team outings outside of the hospital. Became more of a team player, volunteering for extra shifts when we were short-staffed and helping fellow nurses to complete their tasks on time when they were falling behind. I’m career-driven to gain valuable knowledge and skills to positively contribute to the organizations’ corporate or departmental objectives, while gaining significant industry experience for professional growth.
