I have been working in the BPO industry for 5 years now. I had a lot of experience when it comes to customer service, be it inbound or outbound. I was able to handle customer service, selling, technical support, orders, and billing support. I was also a Virtual assistant for more than 1 year for a CRM(Contact relationship management) system. I provide email, live chat, and phone support for the subscribers. With the experience that I have gained doing those type of jobs, I can say that I am confident that I will be able to deliver the job well and even excel . I am a good team player and can even work under pressure. I treat my job as my business that is why I always want to see growth in it.
