• 13+ years of Customer Service Experience in a Call Centre field /BPO.
• Ability to manage a team of high-performing customer experience agents across voice/digital platforms, while meeting the client's expectations.
Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills. ? Excellent in Microsoft Office applications. ? Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Extensive root cause analysis and action planning experience.
